Acknowledgement to Country
I would like to acknowledge the Ngunnawal people, the traditional custodians of the land on which I respectfully live and create. I acknowledge and respect their continuing culture and the contribution they make to the life of this city, this region and this beautiful country.
Thank you to both my husband and our child for their love and support. It is my heartfelt hope that you find continued strength as you deepen your connection with and knowledge of your Indigenous heritage and cultural traditions as well as those you are already familiar with.
Thank you
Thank you for your interest in my journey of learning to weave and what has become my passion, my meditation and my soul food.
Learning Raranga and all the beautiful, meaningful cultural aspects has awakened my creative soul, reconnected me with nature, helped me to live more mindfully and brought me a sense of peace.
I would like to acknowledge the generous and kind people who have taught me and shared their knowledge with me as well as cared about my wellbeing along the way. This is, afterall, a holistic and soul nourishing practice for which I am grateful for on a daily basis.
